Porcupine Mountains Photo Contest Winner!

8.15.2009

After our trip to the Porcupine Mountains this summer I visited the Porcupine Mountains Convention and Visitor's Bureau website just to do a bit more reading on the place itself and saw that they were holding a photo contest. I sent in some of my photos (I mean the timing of this was just too perfect!) and found out tonight that I was one of the photography contest winners! I also have been asked to send along my photos to their publicity department to be available for flyers and other print materials as well as for their website for their tourism/publicity information and other possible publications and will get photo credits by having my name printed in each instance. So very cool...I am thrilled!
