I participated in Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine's Crop & Create Delivered for the first time last month and had an absolute blast! I loved every single minute of it despite the fact that I wasn't able to participate in real-time with many of the other attendees, it still was fun while playing "catch-up".
This was a single layout class that was taught by Paige Taylor Evans where she used a repeating pattern on her page. In this case it's the triangle wedge shape. Her page looked quite different, it had a pink background, she used quite a few less wedges in her design and less paper patterns. I am in love with how my layout turned out! I adore it!
Deciding on and choosing which elements to add on the wedges was super fun too! There were so many chipboard stickers that I was in love with...can you tell?
I think part of what made this class so much fun for me was that it kind of felt as though I was a little kid again simply enjoying the process of quite literally playing with paper...loved it! Sometimes it's good to be reminded of why it is that I'm doing this (besides sharing the stories and finding homes for photos of course!). It's such a truly therapeutic hobby for me, so very thankful for scrapbooking and for the amazing scrapbooking community that I get to be a part of because of it!
