Authenticity + Being OK in Your Story

Just wanted to share this beautiful and thoughtful speech from Brene Brown...I know I struggle with perfectionism and trying to make everything look "okay" at times. I also know that we live in a world where "perfect" is encouraged, especially when it comes to women and how we present ourselves, our families, our children and our careers. We must remember that it is alright to be real, open and honest and okay with who and where and where we are at RIGHT NOW in this life.
