Celebrate Love Scrapbook Layout

I have been fighting the light here lately. We've been having grey and cloudy days as of late (always when I seem to be wanting to take photos of my projects!) so please bare with me and know that the colors are so much more vibrant in real life than what I've been able to capture via camera! I actually have a portable lighting system on my Christmas wish list to combat just this very issue!

Anyways...I really had fun playing around with my Silhouette Cameo on this page. I cut out the green wreath and the white bow using my Silhouette. The wreath is by Hero Arts and is called Leafy Wreath, the bow is by Amy Robison and both are available in the Silhouette Store.

Everything used for creating this layout (with exception of the craft cardstock) is from the Let it Snow Scrapbook Kit from Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine's, SCT Delivered. It was sent to me as a gift for having had a layout published in their most recent Winter issue. I was surprised and absolutely delighted to receive this in the mail yesterday!

I've had an 8x10 of this picture of Zoey and our dog printed and sitting out for awhile now. I couldn't decide if I wanted to put it in a frame and have it out during the holidays or if I wanted to do something else with it. After looking at the goodies in this kit I opted to play with it on a page!

It was fun truly "playing" while putting this page together and decorating the wreath with the little ornament stickers from Pink Paislee and the gold gems from Jolee's.

Have you been creating any holiday projects lately? I have to admit...I've gotten the bug early (for me) this year! I'm loving every minute that I'm able to spend in my craft room! For now I'm off to get the laundry folded, the dog walked, dinner ready and then will spend the evening running Zoey to and from dance class with some errand's hopefully taken care of in-between!
