It's another rainy and stormy afternoon! That meant I had a little time to play in my craft room. I got out the Summer Vibes Cardmaking Workshop Kit to play with and put this card together.
The Cardmaking Workshop Kits from Close to my Heart typically have enough supplies in them to create 16 cards (envelopes included), 4 each of 4 different designs. They also include instruction sheets with suggested designs...I always think that I'm going to follow their suggestions but then end up creating a design of my own. Totally okay to do this!
In addition to the workshop kit I had a ton of fun using the Close to my Heart Watercolors. I.am.in.LOVE!! These are the best watercolors I have ever used for my paper projects! Hands down...so easy to control the water flow with their watercolor brushes as well. I am truly so excited! I even had my 16 year old daughter come down and test them out too. They are just so smooth and like I mentioned, it's so easy to control the shades of color by controlling how much water is released from the brushes.
I added some sparkle on the ice cream using Stickles. Just couldn't resist!
