I had fun putting this two page layout together using various items from different Story Kits from Ali Edwards Design Inc. as well as some papers and embellishments from my stash.
It's kind of hard to tell in the photos but I used two of the clear and white acetate words from a story kit over the light pink lined paper that also is home for my journaling. Here's a close-up shot of them, still is kind of difficult to see but in real life I like the look. Some things just don't photograph well and that's ok.
Another fun thing about this spread are those vinyl puffy sticker houses! I lined them all up and added some other embellishments to help better tell my story of home and feeling cozy. So fun using embellishments to do that! Love the windows and that a few of them are lit up yellow. They definitely lend themselves to thinking about home and feeling cozy within.
And here's just a little close-up of Zoey and Leo one evening while it was snowing this Fall. It was so quiet and looking at the house from outside just made us both feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
