2021 Creative Goals | Scrapbook Layout

When I saw the free January cut file from Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine I knew I had to use it on a layout. I hadn't created a 2021 layout sharing goals or resolutions (which I don't do) so I decided this year I would document my creative goals. I totally got the idea for this page from the amazing and talented Meghann Andrew.
I knew that I wanted to use Vicki Boutin's Storyteller collection for the majority of the page...because, I LOVE it and I'm making it a goal (see what I did there?) to use what I love in my creating. Typically when I use what I love the results are something that I'm happy with.

I added some of the gray word phrase sticker strips underneath my printed journaling blocks. I love how the word phrases go perfectly with and compliment my journaling. <3

After some digging, I found these acetate colored stars that work pretty perfectly inside or underneath the chain of falling stars. They are from an Ali Edwards kit. The teeny, tiny, gold stars are from the Storyteller collection.

I'm really tickled with how this turned out and it really makes me feel good to put these goals down on paper and put them out into the world in this way! My dad always said, "Write it down Jenny." whenever it was that I came to him with a lofty idea or a farfetched dream. Live with intention! I'm going for it!

Do you scrapbook your goals? Do they go in a certain album? Do you stick with a certain format? I'd love to hear what works for you!

Thanks for stopping by!
