Popping on here quick to share a layout that I created using the Felicity Jane kit "Millie". This is the first Felicity Jane kit that I've ever gotten and wow was I impressed! Such a beautiful box of goodies to open up on a gray and dreary day. For this page I cut out some pennant flags using my Silhouette Cameo for the top of the layout (pictured below). Sometimes repeating a shape or a design somewhere on your page can create an interesting space to look at. In this case it created a bit of a border here at the top of the page and contrasted a bit with all of the white space.
I LOVE embellishments so much with kits. Patterned papers are great but all the fun little "things" are what often times makes a layout extra special. Like this little tag, ticket, and puffy heart combo:
