Spent a bit more time today on my new 3x8 story album, I’m having fun incorporating little odds and ends in with the mix of the already included items in the Ali Edwards story kit. I’ve had this acrylic JOY piece for awhile now, today it found its home.
This spread is pretty straight forward with journaling on one page and an oversized and cropped photo on the following one.
It's fun changing up my photo sizes for this project. For this spread I added some sewing machine stitching to attach my photo to the other elements on the page.
I made a little home for some journaling by cutting a sheet of the included paper pad in the story kit down a bit in size and punched some holes in the side. I like seeing different sizes and textures in these pages.
Again, I'm loving having an excuse to play and create something just for me...it's the best medicine for a long and crazy winter! I'll share more soon!
